ACT CLASS 1 REAL ESTATE LICENCE – DIPLOMA
(CPP51122) Diploma of Property (Agency Management) is the qualification you need to complete if you wish to become a Licensee in Charge (Class 1 Agent).
Qualification requirements
You must have completed either CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) (CPP40307).
We offer the Class 1 Real Estate Licence Diploma qualification in ACT through a number of Registered Training Organisations (RTO) under a third party provider arrangement. Your enrolment will be through one of our partner RTO’s who will issue your qualification once they are satisfied you have successfully completed all the requirements of the course. Full details of our partnership arrangements and responsibilities will be provided to you upon enrolment and is fully explained in your Learner Handbook.
How long does it take?
You have 12 months to complete the course after enrolling. Many of our students complete the course within 3-6 months.
Can I apply for Recognition of Prior Learning?
Yes you can – we will review your previous related studies and experience. Contact the team for more information or complete our Online RPL Submission and we will be in touch.
Checklist for you to apply
- At least 18 years of age
- Fit and proper person
- Statement of attainment – showing successful completion of the required units of competency
- Not a disqualified person
- Hold a Class 2 Agents licence for a minimum of 24 months

How is this program delivered?
There are options – one on one, self-paced distance learning, small bespoke groups or group Zoom mentoring sessions.
How long does it take to receive a Statement or Attainment?
Upon successful completion of the training and full payment of your course enrolment fee, a Statement of Attainment will be provided within 21 days.
How do I start? What happens next?
You need to enrol in the course – there is some simple paperwork needed to get you started. Then book into the Mentoring Sessions to complete the training.
What is RPL?
Recognition of Prior Learning. This means you do not need to complete training on topics you already know. RMC offer to review your skills, experience, prior training and knowledge free of charge. We’ll then create a tailored training plan which will detail what you will gain RPL for and what assessments you will have to complete. Contact us to find out more.
