- Whilst you can start this course at any time, you will need to have 12 months industry experience and successfully complete the qualification before you can apply to Fair Trading NSW and become a Class 2 Licence holder.
- Successfully completed the work experience tasks log book signed off by the Class 1 LIC you are employed by.

We offer the Class 2 Real Estate Licence Cert IV qualification in NSW through a number of Registered Training Organisations (RTO) under a third party provider arrangement. Your enrolment will be through one of our partner RTO’s who will issue your qualification once they are satisfied you have successfully completed all the requirements of the course.
