Qualification requirements
Whilst you can start this course at any time, you will need to have twelve (12) months industry experience and successfully complete the qualification before you can apply to Access Canberra and become a Class 2 Licence holder.
The following units are offered by the RMC team and need to be successfully completed (note you choose the Sales or Property Management elective depending on your desired area of speciality).

We offer the Class 2 Real Estate Licence Cert IV qualification in ACT through a number of Registered Training Organisations (RTO) under a third party provider arrangement. Your enrolment will be through one of our partner RTO’s who will issue your qualification once they are satisfied you have successfully completed all the requirements of the course. Full details of our partnership arrangements and responsibilities will be provided to you upon enrolment and is fully explained in your Learner Handbook.
How long does it take
You have twenty four (24) months to complete the course after enrolling.
Can I apply for Recognition of Prior Learning?
Yes you can – we will review your previous related studies and experience. Contact the team for more information or complete our Online RPL Submission and we will be in touch.

What support will I receive?
We will provide support to help you complete your training. Sessions are offered at REIACT or via Zoom – we strongly suggest you attend these as you will learn from other participants and our skilled trainers will guide you through the assessment. We also offer in office one on one coaching for individuals or groups.
How is this program delivered?
There are options – one on one or self-paced distance learning or small bespoke groups or group mentoring sessions at REIACT. Depending on requirements of Covid – zoom sessions will also be offered as needed.
How long does it take to receive a Statement or Attainment?
Upon successful completion of the training and full payment of your course enrolment fee, a Statement of Attainment will be provided within twenty eight (28) days.
How do I start? What happens next?
You need to enrol in the course – there is some simple paperwork and a deposit is needed to get you started. Then book into the Scheduled Sessions to complete the training.
What is RPL?
Recognition of Prior Learning. This means you do not need to complete training on topics you already know. RMC offer to review your skills, experience, prior training and knowledge free of charge. We’ll then create a tailored training plan which will detail what you will gain RPL for and what assessments you will have to complete. Contact us to find out more.
What is the success rate for your students finishing?
RMC enjoys over a 95% completion rate. We are available to answer and question you have and will actively follow you up to ensure you stay on track.
