Learners must achieve competency in the following 5 units as per the training package rules.

We offer the 5 Units – Stock and Station – CPP41419 Certificate IV In Real Estate Practice in NSW through a number of Registered Training Organisations (RTO) under a third party provider arrangement. Your enrolment will be through one of our partner RTO’s who will issue your qualification once they are satisfied you have successfully completed all the requirements of the course. Full details of our partnership arrangements and responsibilities will be provided to you upon enrolment and is fully explained in your Learner Handbook.

How do I start? What happens next?
You need to enrol in the course – there is some simple paperwork and a deposit is needed to get you started. Then book into the Mentoring Sessions to complete the training.
What is RPL?
Recognition of Prior Learning. This means you do not need to complete training on topics you already know. RMC offer to review your skills, experience, prior training and knowledge free of charge. We’ll then create a tailored training plan which will detail what you will gain RPL for and what assessments you will have to complete. Contact us to find out more.
