NSW AUCTION SOA CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
This is for Class 1 and 2 Licence holders looking to add Auctioneers Accreditation to their licence.
Qualification requirements
In NSW, you need an Auctioneer Accreditation to conduct auctions of property, land (including rural land) or livestock.
Units of Competency
Learners must achieve competency in the following 3 units as per the training package rules.

| 3 | CPPREP4163 | Complete post-auction process and contract execution |
We offer the 3 Units of the – CPP41419 Certificate IV In Real Estate Practice in NSW through a number of Registered Training Organisations (RTO) under a third party provider arrangement. Your enrolment will be through one of our partner RTO’s who will issue your qualification once they are satisfied you have successfully completed all the requirements of the course. Full details of our partnership arrangements and responsibilities will be provided to you upon enrolment and is fully explained in your Learner Handbook.
How long does it take?
3 months to complete the course after enrolling.
Can I apply for Recognition of Prior Learning?

- At least 18 years of age
- Fit and proper person
- Statement of attainment – showing successful completion of the required units of competency
- Not a disqualified person
- Current NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Licence in Real Estate and or Stock and Station

We will provide support to help you complete your training. Group Mentoring sessions are offered at Rydges Parramatta and Via Zoom – we strongly suggest you attend these as you will learn from other participants and our skilled trainers will guide you through the assessment..

How long does it take to receive a Statement or Attainment?
Upon successful completion of the training and full payment of your course enrolment fee, a Statement of Attainment will be provided within 21 days.
How do I start? What happens next?
You need to enrol in the course – there is some simple paperwork and a deposit is needed to get you started. Then book into the Mentoring Sessions to complete the training.
What is RPL?
Recognition of Prior Learning. This means you do not need to complete training on topics you already know. RMC offer to review your skills, experience, prior training and knowledge free of charge. We’ll then create a tailored training plan which will detail what you will gain RPL for and what assessments you will have to complete. Contact us to find out more.
