As a mother of 3 and working full time completing my licence was quite difficult.

Guest speaker – the idea is great – the presentation was hard to hear due to the speaker being in a room rather than on mike. Having more direct key points to share ie following the actual slide by following land tax, lease repudiation etc would be helpful – speaker seemed tentative.”

You did great. If the attendees had read before the session it was not as mixed up as you thought. I think that you doing a new session was more just unfamiliar. It was pretty easy to follow. There was only a few questions that were not completely obvious if they had read it.
The detailed notes are excellent. I know how much work went into those and I found them really interesting.
The guest speak is great idea, especially for those newer to the industry. I think you were bang on in your instincts that actual examples would have been more interesting, especially for us oldies in the group!
I think you were a little sorter than you expected as I think we missed an in class exercise around the time James joined us.

“This is the first year I have done CPD that is more specific to commercial property rather than residential, which is great. Guest speaker is a good idea. Especially legal Good to have an opportunity for questions and answers. Even more time to this could be good. So maybe have them at the end, then anyone who wants to stay back to ask additional queries (capped at a certain time of course) can do so.The Fact that you state you will get answers on some queries not known, is excellent and helpful – thank you. ”
