In order to apply for a Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration, candidates must provide a Statement of Attainment (SOA) showing successful completion of the five (5) CORE units of competency listed below:
CPPREP4001– Prepare for professional practice in real estate
CPPREP4002– Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate
CPPREP4003– Access and interpret legislation in real estate
CPPREP4004– Establish marketing and communication profiles in real estate
CPPREP4005– Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts
***PLEASE NOTE***: AN ADDITIONAL FIVE (5) UNITS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN THE FIRST TWELVE (12) MONTHS OF YOUR REGISTRATION. The additional five (5) units you must complete will depend on the type of assistant agent registration you are applying apply for.
- Assistant real estate agent – Group A or Group B from CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
- Assistant stock and station agent – Group J or Group K from CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
- Assistant business agent – Group G, Group H or Group I from CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
We offer the Assistant Agents course in ACT through a number of Registered Training Organisations (RTO) under a third party provider arrangement. Your enrolment will be through one of our partner RTO’s who will issue your Statement of Attainment once they are satisfied you have successfully completed all the requirements of the course. Full details of our partnership arrangements and responsibilities will be provided to you upon enrolment and is fully explained in your Learner Handbook.
