Important Note 2*

Due to changes made by NSW Fair Trading for CPD 2026/2027, our courses can no longer cover all subjects for Residential Sales People, Residential Property Managers, Commercial | Retail | Industrial Agents, Stock & Station Agents, Buyer’s Agents, Strata Agents, on-site and short-term (holiday lettings) Residential Property Managers and Business Brokers in the same session.

Important Note 3*

Agents holding these license categories or working in these areas of practice, will be required to complete additional, and in some cases, separate CPD topics.

****Class 1 agents need to complete a further 5 hours attending a NSW Fair Trading Accredited Event PLUS AUSTRAC Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Training (Further guidance, including how and when this training must be completed, will be released once AUSTRAC finalises the delivery arrangements).

All courses cover the approved topics by NSW Fair Trading for the allocated hours & are delivered via Interactive face-to-face or zoom sessions.

To join the sessions via ZOOM, you need a working camera and microphone. You cannot be admitted to the call unless both are working.
