NOTE: Stock & Station and Buyer’s Agents need to complete ONE (1) Additional CPD topic

Residential Salespeople | Buyer’s Agents | Stock & Station Agents
To meet your CPD requirements, you must complete all compulsory topics relevant to each licence category you hold and the areas of practice in which you operate.
****Class 1 agents need to complete a further 5 hours attending a NSW Fair Trading Accredited Event PLUS AUSTRAC Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Training (Further guidance, including how and when this training must be completed, will be released once AUSTRAC finalises the delivery arrangements)
Due to changes made by NSW Fair Trading regarding CPD for 2026/2027, our courses can no longer cover all subjects for Residential Sales People, Stock & Station Agents, Buyers Agents, Strata Agents, on site Residential Property Managers and Business Brokers in the same session.
People holding these license categories or working in these areas of practice, will be required to complete additional, and in some cases, separate CPD topics.

TRANSFER POLICY | As we are running a limited number of sessions and there are limited numbers per session, no transfers between sessions are permitted.
